Individual Registration Fees

All registration fees include local VAT (19.6%).

Meet the expert’ Breakfast Sessions

These 45 minute sessions have been specially formulated to provide delegates with a unique opportunity to meet in a formal but relaxed atmosphere. Areas under discussion will include Oncoplastic surgery, Management of pancreatic aspects, Technical aspects in liver resection, Publishing (EJSO) workshop and Technical aspects of HIPEC.

The sessions are open to all attendees but space is limited so please register early to take advantage of this wonderful networking opportunity.

Registrations on-site can only be paid by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa or American Express) or in cash (EUR only).

Confirmation of Registration

A personalised confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once payment of the registration fee has been received in the Congress’s bank account.

Approximately two weeks before the start of the Congress each confirmed participant will receive an additional e-mail containing important logistical information about the Congress.

Replacements/Cancellations

Replacements of confirmed registrations are subject to an administrative fee of 35 EUR per participant. Cancellation of confirmed registrations will be subject to a charge of 75 EUR cancellation fee per participant provided the cancellation is received before 14 August 2010. Refunds by credit card or bank transfer will be made after Congress.

For cancellations received after 14 August 2010, no refunds will be made.

ESSO 2010 has appointed a sole agency in Italy to manage all administrative details regarding the legal documentation required by Italian Legislative Order n.541 of December 30, 1992, art 12, Para 3.

Group Registration

Companies and agencies that would like to sponsor the registration fees of a group of participants may do so using the special group registration form that is available by clicking here

Important notice: Please do not register group participants individually online - if you do so, your participants will not be considered as part of a group. A group consists of a minimum of 10 people. Smaller groups will be handled as individual registrations.

Group Registrations will benefit from the early rates when the payment is received before 28 May 2010, even if the list of participant names has not been finalised by this date.

Full names and professional details of participants (including e-mail addresses) for group registrations should be sent to the ESSO 2010 Secretariat by 28 May 2010 at the latest. For participant names submitted after this deadline the ESSO 2010 desk rate will apply.

The group contact person representing a company or travel agent will receive a group confirmation number for the whole group registration. It is the responsibility of the group contact person to inform the individual members of the group. Confirmation of registrations will NOT be sent to each group participant by the ESSO 2010 Congress Secretariat.
