• Participants are encouraged to register online
• Participants who prefer to register by fax please complete and download the Registration Form and return it directly to the Congress Secretariat by fax: +32 2 775 02 00.

NB:  Group registration involves 10 or more persons. Please do not register participants online individually if you wish to form such a group.

Individual Registration Fees

Register early to attend the 22^nd Biennial Congress of the European Association for Cancer Research in order to benefit from significant savings on fees:

All registration fees include local VAT (18%).

Deadlines are all at 24:00 CET Brussels Time on the given date.

Mentioning the membership number is obligatory.

To facilitate easy processing, please indicate the participant(s) name(s) and include ‘Registration fee EACR 22 Congress’ as a clear reference on the transfer document.

On-site registration payment can be made by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa or American Express) or in cash (Euro only).

Confirmation of Registration

You will receive a personalised confirmation by e-mail once your payment has been received.

You will receive a second e-mail including important logistical information about the Congress.

Replacements and Cancellations

Any replacement (i.e. change of delegate name) of a confirmed registration is subject to a 35 EUR charge per participant.

All cancellations are subject to a charge of 75 EUR charge per participant provided the cancellation is received by 30 May 2012.

Cancellations received after this will not be refunded.

Accommodation

Hotel accommodation at reduced rates can only be booked online.

Group Registration

The group registration procedure must be followed for groups of 10 or more registrants.
To register a group please contact emilie.fillod<at>ecco-org.eu  (please replace <at> with).

Full payment in Euro must be received before 30 March 2012 in order to qualify forthe early rate (participant names and details can be added at a later date if necessary)

Provision of full details (name, professional address and e-mail) for each group registrant is mandatory.
