Participants are encouraged to register online.
To register by fax please download and complete the Registration Form and fax it to the Congress Secretariat: +32 2 775 02 00.
NB: Group registration involves 10 or more persons. Please do not register participants online individually if you wish to form such a group. Please complete the Group Registration form.

Onsite registration payment: Can be made by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa or American Express), or in cash (Euro only).

You will receive a personalised confirmation by email once your payment has been received
Replacements and Cancellations
Any replacement (i.e. change of delegate name) of a confirmed registration is subject to a 25 EUR charge per participant.
All cancellations are subject to a 75 EUR charge per participant provided the cancellation is received before 24 August 2012.
Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded.

Group Registration
The group registration procedure must be followed for groups of 10 or more registrants.
To register a group, please download and complete the Group Registration Form and fax it to the ECOP 2012 Conference Secretariat: +32 2 775 02 00. Please do not register group participants individually.
Full payment in Euro (€) must be received 11 June 2012 to benefit of the early rate (participant names and details can be added at a later date if necessary).
A fee (difference between the initial registration rate and the late rate) will be charged before confirming registration for all participant details submitted after this date.
Regular Rate Deadline 24 September 2012
Provision of full details (name and professional address and email) for each group registrant is mandatory.

Confirmation of Group Registrations
Confirmation of registrations will be sent to the group leader (company or agency) only. Each respective group leader is responsible for informing individual group members about their registration.
