The European Oncology Nursing Society (EONS) and the Organising Committee are delighted to invite you to join the 8th EONS Spring Convention, which is to be held in the beautiful city of Geneva, Switzerland, 26-27 April 2012.
This biennial Spring Convention follows the tradition of bringing together European cancer nurses from many fields of expertise to “Share, inspire and connect” through an abundance of interactive sessions, lectures and collegial interactions. The format is specifically designed to meet the needs of nurses working in the field of cancer care, education and research.
A first class panel of speakers presenting on the very latest trends and developments within the field, will tackle a range of timely topics including personalised cancer care, personalised medicine and genomic information, early detection and prevention, management of skin cancer and skin problems, symptom management with focus on chronic pain, patient empowerment, nutrition during cancer treatment and critical care. To profit most from all topics offered and to ensure participants do not miss out on any sessions they wish to attend the Scientific Committee decided to repeat some of the sessions.
The EONS-8 Spring Convention offers two days of unprecedented scientific, promotional and networking opportunities for companies active in the field of oncology around the world.
The EONS-8 exhibition and participating industry partners are integral elements of our Spring Conventions and it is only with such support, involvement and expertise that we can build a successful meeting. Cooperation between practising clinicians and the pharmaceutical and technical industries has significantly contributed to a better understanding and management of patients with oncological diseases.
So for exciting scientific news, a comprehensive educational programme and interactions with key experts, join us at the EONS-8 Spring Convention, 26-27 April 2012 and experience all that Geneva has to offer.
