To register by fax please download and complete the Registration Form and fax it to the EONS Spring Convention Secretariat: +32 2 775 02 00

NB:  Group registration involves 10 or more persons.  Please do not register participants online individually if you wish to form such a group.

Full payment in Euros (€) must be received before the corresponding deadline to receive Early, Regular or Late Rate.

To facilitate easy processing, please indicate the participant(s) name(s) and include ‘Registration fee EONS-8 Spring Convention’ as a clear reference on the transfer document.

On-site registration payment can be made by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa or American Express) or in cash (Euro only).

 

Confirmation of Registration

You will receive a personalised confirmation by e-mail once your payment has been received.

You will receive a second email including important logistical information about your participation app. 2 weeks prior to the EONS-8 Spring Convention.

 

Replacements and Cancellations

Any replacement (i.e. change of delegate name) of a confirmed registration is subject to a 35 EUR charge per participant.

All cancellations are subject to a 75 EUR charge per participant provided the cancellation is received by 23 March 2012.

Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded.

Group Registration

The group registration procedure must be followed for groups of 10 or more registrants.

To register a group, please download and complete the Group Registration Form, and fax it to the EONS Spring Convention Secretariat: +32 2 775 02 00.

Please do not register group participants individually.

Full payment in Euro must be received before 30 January 2012 to receive early rate (participant names and details can be added at a later date if necessary)

The Deadline to submit the final participant list is 23 March 2012.

Provision of full details (name, professional address and e-mail) for each group registrant is mandatory.

For participant names submitted after this deadline the EONS-8 late and desk rate will apply, respectively.

 

Confirmation of Group Registrations

Confirmation of registrations will be sent to the group leader (company or agency) only.  Each group leader is responsible for informing individual group members about their registration.
