Individual Registration Fees

Register early to attend ESSO 32 Congress and benefit from significant savings on fees:

All registration fees include local VAT (18%).

Deadlines are all at 24:00 CET Brussels Time on the given date.

*Discounted membership rate applies to individual members of ESSO. Mentioning the society and membership number is obligatory.

Non-members wishing to hoin the Society and benefit from the Members registration rate should apply online at www.essoweb.org by 30 June 2012.  Annual membership is available at 120 EUR per annum.  Special membership rates are available for juniors: 60 EUR per annum and individuals from Emerging Economies: 40 EUR /annum.

** A letter from the Head of Department confirming the student/resident in training status is required. This should be sent to the ESSO 32 Congress Secretariat, c/o ECCO by fax: +32 (0)2 775 02 00

*** Emerging Economy Rate is applied to individuals from low –income and lower-middle-income economies according to the World Bank listing

**** The Accompanying Person ticket allows access to the Welcome Reception and the Congress Networking Party.

Onsite registration payment: Can be made by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa or American Express), or in cash (Euro only).

Confirmation of Registration: You will receive a personalised confirmation by e-mail once your payment has been received.

Replacements and Cancellations

• Any replacement (i.e. change of delegate name) of a confirmed registration is subject to a 35 EUR charge per participant
• All cancellations are subject to a charge of 75 EUR charge per participant provided the cancellation is received before 21 August 2012

Cancellations received after this will not be refunded.

Group Registration

• The group registration procedure must be followed for groups of 10 or more registrants
• Provision of full details (name and professional address and email) for each group registrant is mandatory

Confirmation of Group Registrations: Confirmation of registrations will be sent to the group leader (company or agency) only.  Each respective group leader is responsible for informing individual group members about their registration.
