NB:  Group registration involves 10 or more persons. Please do not register participants online individually if you wish to form such a group.

Individual Registration Fees

Register early to attend SIOP 2012 – and benefit from significant savings on fees:

 All fees include local VAT (20%).

Deadlines are all at 24:00 CET Brussels Time on the given date.

* Discounted membership rates apply to individual members of one of the following societies: SIOP, IPSO, PROS

Mentioning the society and the membership number is obligatory.

Payment

Full payment in Euros (EUR) must be received before the corresponding deadline to receive early, regular or late rate.

To facilitate easy processing, please indicate the participant(s) name(s) and include ‘Registration fee SIOP 2012’ as a clear reference on the transfer document.

Onsite registration payment can be made by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa or American Express) or in cash (EUR and GBP only).

Confirmation of Registration

You will receive a personalised registration confirmation by email once your payment has been received.

You will receive a second email including important logistical information about your participation app. 2 weeks prior to the SIOP 2012 Congress.

Replacements and Cancellations

Any replacement (i.e., change of delegate name) of a confirmed registration is subject to a 35 EUR charge per participant.

All cancellations are subject to a charge of 75 EUR charge per participant provided the cancellation is received before 29 August 2012.

Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded.

Group Registration

The group registration procedure must be followed for groups of 10 or more registrants.

To register a group, please download and complete the Group Registration Form, and fax it to the Congress Secretariat: +32 2 775 02 00.

Please do not register group participants individually.

Payment and Submission of Delegate Details

Full payment in Euro (EUR) must be received before 29 February 2012 to receive early rate (participant names and details can be submitted at a later date if necessary).

The deadline to submit the final participant list is 29 August 2012.

Provision of full details (name, professional address details and email) for each group registrant is mandatory.

For participant names submitted after this deadline late and desk rate will apply, respectively.

Should your group include delegates who are eligible to a reduced registration fee, reimbursement will be provided after the Congress, given the necessary documentation has been received by the SIOP Congress Secretariat.

Confirmation of Group Registrations

Confirmation of registrations will be sent to the group leader (company or agency) only.

Each group leader is responsible for informing individual group members about their registration.

Registration to the SIOP 2012 Congress also include access to the PROS sessions taking place on 4^th October 2012. No additional registration is required.

Online registration PROS Educational Course ONLY

Registration to the PROS Educational Course gives access ONLY to the PROS sessions taking place on 4th October 2012. No access to the SIOP 2012 Congress is granted.

Registration to the IPSO Educational Course gives access ONLY to the IPSO sessions taking place on 4th October 2012 at Great Ormond Street Hospital. No access to the SIOP 2012 Congress is granted.
