What are the system requirements?
A.
- 56K kbps Internet connection or better (AOL users: AOL5.0 and above only).
- Netscape 4.x or Internet Explorer 4.x and above.
- For teleconference participants, a separate telephone line is required (in addition to
the line used to dial up to your ISP if applicable).

What do I need to install to attend a seminar?
A.
To participate you must first follow the link on your screen “View presentation”. You will be taken to another page, here click “Start presentation”.
To fully experience any rich media - audio, video, or Flash - during an eSeminar, you should verify that your computer has compatible rich media players before you participate.
Q.
When should I log in to attend?
A.
You can attend the eSeminars anyplace, since the eSeminars are pre-recorded. You can however submit your questions upon completion of the session.
Q.
Do I need a password?
A.
No, you do not need a password to view the presentation. Please note, however, that you need to log in and receive a password to take the CME accreditation test.
Q.
How much does it cost to attend ECCO's web seminars?
A.
All ECCO eLearning activities are sponsored by ECCO and therefore participation is free of charge.
Q.
How do I set up the audio section of the web seminar?
A.
You can listen to audio for the event via teleconference with your telephone or through your computer speakers with voice over IP (VoIP). For VoIP you need speakers and a sound card in your PC. During the “Meet the expert online” sessions, for teleconference, you will need to dial the telephone number that appears in your reminder email for the event or in the dialog box that appears when you join the event.

Can I attend if I'm on a Mac?
A.
You can attend an eSeminar with Mac OSX or above.
Q.
The presentation being shown does not fit on my screen?
A.
Please set your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 pixels.
