November 2009 - Chronic cough and occasional episodes of fever

A 54-year old woman consulted for a chronic cough and intermittent episodes of fever for 2 months. She was treated 1 year before for a squamous cell carcinoma of the oropharynx (T2N1M0)  with concomitant chemoradiation. At that time, a preventive feeding tube had been placed before treatment.

 

After treatment it was removed because there were no problems of swallowing.
