Accreditation Council of Oncology in Europe (ACOE) has awarded 1 CME credit to this activity.
For the moment, there is no system in place for the European endorsement of CME credits awarded to a CME e-learning activity. It means that there is no automatic recognition of CME credits between European countries for this type of CME activity. However, a growing number of European countries consider e-learning as valid to collect CME credits. The UEMS European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) is working on establishing a European system similar to the one in place for CME events which they hope to be operational in 2009.
American Medical Association (AMA) and the Accreditation Council for Continuous Medical Education (ACCME) designate this educational activity for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA category 1 credits. Physicians should only claim credit measurable to the extent of their participation in the activity.
