Register early to attend the 26th EORTC-NCI-AACR Symposium on ‘’ Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics’’ – and benefit from the Early registration fees:

* Please send a letter from the Head of Department of your institution (on official letter-headed paper) confirming your student ‘in training’ status.

Full payment in Euros (EUR) must be received before the corresponding deadline to receive the early, regular or late rate.

To easily trace your payment, please indicate the participant(s) name(s) and include ‘Registration fee ENA 2014 as a clear reference on the transfer document.

Onsite registration payment can be made by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa or American Express) or in cash (EUR only).

Confirmation of Registration

You will receive a personalised confirmation by email once your payment has been received.
You will receive a second email including important logistical information about your participation approximately 2 weeks prior to the Symposium.

Replacements and Cancellations

Any replacement (i.e., change of delegate name) of a confirmed registration is subject to a 50 EUR charge per participant.
All cancellations are subject to a charge of 100 EUR charge per participant provided the cancellation is received before 15 October 2014. Cancellations received after this will not be refunded.

Group Registration

The group registration procedure must be chosen for groups of 10 or more participants.

Full payment in Euro (EUR) must be received before 14 May 2014 to benefit from the early rate (participant names and details can be submitted at a later date if necessary).

The Deadline to submit the final participant list is 14 November 2014.

Provision of full details (name, professional address and email) for each group participant is mandatory.

Confirmation of Group Registrations

Confirmation of registrations will be sent to the group (company or agency) contact person only.
The contact person is responsible for informing individual group participants about their registration.

Replacements and Cancellations
