The deadline for hotel reservation is February 17, 2012
After this deadline reservations will still be handled. However, Mondial Congress & Events cannot guarantee hotel accommodation after this date.
Terms & Conditions
Please note: hotel bookings can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed booking form (online or faxed) and receipt of the requested pre-payment covering two nights. As soon as the Mondial Congress & Events has received your full payment, a letter of confirmation will be mailed to you. It will confirm the name of your hotel, the room rate per night and the duration of your stay, as well as the total cost of your stay.
Confirmation will be emailed provided that an Email address has been included on the booking form. This option is highly recommended since it helps to avoid time consuming correspondence. Otherwise, confirmation will be sent via fax or by land-mail.
If the selected hotel is no longer available, Mondial Congress & Events will do its utmost to offer similar accommodation. This may, however, involve a change in price category. The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice.
Please note:
- In the instance of early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked.
- For cancellations of hotel reservations received by December 15, 2011, an administrative fee of 50 EUR 50 will be charged.
- For cancellations of hotel reservations received after December 15, 2011, deposit payments shall be forfeited. Only written cancellations may be accepted.
Amounts due will be reimbursed after the Congress.
Group Registrations (10 or more rooms) are processed according to individual contracts. For group registration, we kindly ask you to contact the Congress Secretariat directly.

Destination Management
As official Destination Management Company during the EBCC8 Conference, Mondial Congress & Events will be responsible for planning, organising and coordinating the local services in Vienna, Austria.
Services include:

- Meetings (outside the Congress Centre)

- Events outside the hours of the official Conference Scientific Programme
