Accreditation for Continuous Medical Education (CME)
Application for accreditation has been submitted to the Accreditation Council of Oncology in Europe (ACOE).
For security reasons, delegates are requested to wear their badge at all times during the conference. Delegates having lost their badge can obtain a new badge at the registration desk. A replacement fee of 75 EUR per participant will be charged.
Complimentary coffee and lunches, courtesy of the organisers, will be offered to conference delegates at the times stipulated in the Programme, from the exhibition floor. Free water dispensers are available throughout the Conference centre.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance will be accessible upon completion of an online Conference Satisfaction Survey. On the last day of the conference, you will receive an email link to the questionnaire as well as the link for you to print your Certificate of Attendance.
We kindly ask you to keep your conference badge as you will need the unique badge code to print your Certificate of Attendance. The Conference Secretariat will not mail Certificates of Attendance to participants after the Conference.
All delegates will receive practical information about Barcelona, including a city map, in their conference bag. A desk of the city of Barcelona will be open in the Registration Area.
A cloakroom will be available to all delegates and is located on the ground floor.
Cost: 1 EUR per item.
The EBCC-11 Exhibition is an essential part of the conference and provides an opportunity to network and review important innovations.
The exhibition will be held in the Conference Centre. Entrance is free for registered delegates but limited to researchers, oncology professionals, press and exhibitors.

First aid is available in the Conference Centre. In case of medical emergency, please refer to the registration desk at the entrance of the conference centre.
Free public Transport in the city
A free public transportation ticket is included in the conference registration fee. Delegates can receive it in onsite form the dedicates hostesses as of 21 March at the CCIB, in the registration area. The ticket includes 3-day access to TMB (Barcelona bus & metro).
The organisers do not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are strongly to make their own arrangements regarding health and travel insurance. The organisers of the EBCC-11 accept no responsibility for loss due to theft or negligence.
Language and Translation
The official language of the conference is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

Passport and Visa
A valid passport and/or identity card is required for entry into Barcelona, Spain. A visa may be required for some countries. For specific information, please contact your local Spanish Embassy at least three months prior to your departure to join us in Barcelona.
EBCC-11 is open to all registered participants. Your official name badge is required for admission to the Conference Centre and all conference events. For security reasons, participants are requested to wear their badge at all times.
